Rev. Daniel Harrington - Vacancy Pastor

Pastor Harrington is originally from Bay City, MI.  He spent the first half of his career as a scientist, specializing in biomedical research and polymer engineering.  In 2017, he took an early retirement to pursue pastoral ministry in the LC-MS.  He has served as Executive Pastor of Holy Cross Lutheran (Ft. Wayne, IN), and currently serves as Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran (Powell, WY).  He is thankful to be able to bring Word and Sacrament to the saints of St. John's during their vacancy.  

Dan and Melissa were married in February 2009, and God has blessed them with four children: Lily, Alex, Caleb, and Katie.  In his free time, he enjoys off-roading, shooting sports, and Amateur Radio (KM7BAQ).

Reed was raised in Lovell and he has been a life-long member of St. John’s Lutheran church. Reed is a
graduate of Lovell High School and Northwest College. He has worked for the American Colloid bentonite company for 30 years. Reed and his wife, Minda, have four daughters and four grandchildren.
Reed comes from a family of avid outdoorsmen that enjoy hunting and fishing. He also enjoys camping
throughout the summer months.

Sara was raised in Lovell and has been a lifelong member of St Johns. Sara and her husband, Eric have one boy, Caden, and two girls, Marty and Charlee.

She is a Registered Nurse and is currently the Director of Quality and Risk Management at Powell Valley Healthcare.  She is the President of Big Horn County 4H Leaders Council and participates in the County Fair with her kids.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, being outdoors, and doing puzzles.
